I would like to hear from any of the HOA's regarding recommendations of management companies that you might be using in your subdivision and also any recommendations you may have for an attorney that is competent in HOA structure and covenant enforcement.

Reccomendations.
Gap View Village will be using a management company called PMP starting on Oct. 1. They seem to be a good company, but will let you know how it goes.
We have had great luck with an attorney based out of Shepherdstown. His name is David Hammer. The website for their office is:

What would the benefits be of having a compnay watch over the neighborhood, I believe that Tuscawilla is under that type of management now.
